PHASE 1
IGNITE THE SPARK

This is where we bring clarity to the confusion. You’ll learn to identify the twin flame dynamics at play - runner–chaser cycles, mirroring, destiny narratives - and balance them with the psychological explanations that often look and feel the same, such as anxious and avoidant attachment, trauma bonds, and empath–narcissist loops. You’ll begin to integrate both perspectives, realizing that spiritual union flows through a human nervous system, and that psychological healing is not unspiritual but often the gateway to sacred love.

PHASE 2
FUEL THE FIRE

Here, awareness shifts into real healing. You’ll work on soothing anxious and avoidant attachment wounds, unraveling codependency patterns like denial, control, and compliance, and strengthening your nervous system so you no longer collapse in spirals. Using mind, body, and emotional regulation tools, you’ll reframe old loops, set healthier boundaries, and stabilize your emotions so love can feel safe enough to receive. FAN THE FLAME

This is identity work at its core. You’ll reconnect with your essential self - the you before conditioning, before people-pleasing, before heartbreak - and then step into your higher self, the woman who already lives in union.
